SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders placed on exoskinsimple.com ship directly from our state-of-the-art laboratory in North Carolina—the same facility where our products are developed, tested and rigorously inspected. We happily offer complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States.

Priority Orders placed by 4 p.m. ET will arrive by 11am the following business day.

Orders are shipped via FedEx and typically arrive in 3-5 business days 

UNITED STATES

FedEx is our chosen carrier.

Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.  Free standard shipping orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and typically arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on location. For delivery to Hawaii and Alaska ground shipping could take up to 7 days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

eXO is happy to offer international shipping.  Rates vary by country and post code.  Please enter your post code in the purchase path for an exact shipping rate.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Exoceuticals, we want you to be delighted. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of your original order.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.  

Simply place bottle containing product in a padded envelope or box clearly marked with your order number, along with the packing slip, and return to our Bio.digital lab:
